No two students learn the same way. At academy+, we don't just accept that fact, we embrace it. Our online model gives us the flexibility to tailor individual learning plans to each student's needs and strengths, allowing them to learn how they learn best. We work collaboratively with parents, who act as learning advisors to their students, to ensure we are aligned with the best curricular approach.

1. Review of student background and academic history: Teachers, learning coaches, and students discuss strengths, skills, and prior performance to inform each student's educational journey.
2. Assessment of Test Performance: Students are assessed in mathematics, reading, and English/language arts to help measure progress and set learning goals.
3. Set Goals: Teachers and learning coaches work together as a team to set goals for the student's academic and personal growth.
