Learning students / instructors can log in to Campuus.us from several devices, such as a mobile phone, a tablet or a desktop computer.We regularly test a wide range of devices to guarantee the accessibility and functionality of the education management system.

We recommend that learning students update the software and internet browsers regularly on each device.

Mobile devices 

Although we regularly try our education management system, it is possible that many mobile devices are not fully compatible with the platform.These include: Chromebook, iPad, iPhone, iPod, Kindle and Android Telephones and Tables.

It is important to highlight that for some subjects it is necessary to have a desktop PC, laptop, IMAC or MacBook to install the necessary programs that require certain subjects.

Connectivity

1. A broadband connection is required.
2. For a student, a minimum discharge speed of 8 Mbps must be asked to their ISP.
3. For two or more students, a minimum discharge speed of 25 Mbps must be requested from its ISP.
   Use: As you add more users / devices (for example, computers, games consoles, transmission devices, etc.), increases the need for bandwidth.Therefore, if you use several devices, you must request a minimum download speed of 15 Mbps.
   Use: If you have a satellite connection, you may experience performance problems according to external climatic conditions and latency.
   
4. You can try your current Internet speeds in SpeedTest.
5. Vercities lower than those indicated above can result in a non -optimal user experience.

Data use

The amount of data transferred through your Internet connection every month depends on your student's courses and activities every day.We cannot provide this information because each session in  academy+ it is unique and varied.
